This Privacy Policy sets out the information that we collect, the reasons for which we collect that information, and how we may use and share that information as part of Dream Assembly – our accelerator program ("Dream Assembly”).


When you interact with us, whether by using our Website or communicating with us, we can collect the following information about you for the following purposes:

a) To evaluate your application in order to check if it is suitable for Dream Assembly: we collect your name; email; phone number; country; project information and the name of your team members. The legal basis is the contract.

b) To send you our newsletter: we collect your name and email address. The Legal basis is your consent.

c) General analysis regarding website usage: we collect Cookie ID’s; Country; IP address. The legal basis is Legitimate Interests of Farfetch to understand the audience of the users of the website.


To evaluate your application to Dream Assembly and to send you our newsletter, we can share your information with our group companies based within the EEA: Farfetch UK Limited is part of a larger family of companies in different parts of the world. Our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and that company’s subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006. The group companies based within the EEA are, among others, Farfetch UK Limited and Farfetch Portugal – Unipessoal, Lda. (the "Farfetch Group”).

We can also share your personal information with our professional advisers and consulting partners, in order to evaluate your application in Dream Assembly.

We also share your information with our IT/technology providers to support, maintain and provide our technology and IT infrastructure that we use to store the information you give us in a secure environment. We permit these companies to use your personal information only to the extent necessary to provide us with their services and products; we do not allow these third parties to disclose or use your information for any other purposes.

We will retain the information you give us in our website for the purposes of evaluating your application in the Dream Assembly initiative for 6 months after submission. If you are eligible for participation in the Dream Assembly, such data will be held for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of Dream Assembly.

For the purposes of send our newsletter, we will retain your data until you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, by unsubscribing.
